How to Operate

• Put the machine on a level table and keep the working room clean, dry, and ventilated(Indoor temperature: 41-89.6℉), open the power supply, and make sure the indicator lamp is light.
• Open the cover and clean the rotor and container.
• Put the test tube (with the same amount) into the machine.
• Cover the cover of the machine.
• Adjust the time and speed according to your requirement.
• Clean it after use.
• Set the time and speed to "0".

How to Use the Tubes

• Please put the tube containing the same amount of sample into the rotor symmetrically. It is forbidden to place a single test tube separately.
• Please put tubes less than 10ml, such as 5ml and 10ml. Please do not use other sizes of tubes if you are not sure whether it fits.
• The actual centrifuge tube capacity should not exceed 80%.
• Please do not leave during work.

• Please do not centrifuge materials with a density greater than 1.2 g/cm³.
• Before the operation, please check the rotor for corrosion and damage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without any load or rotor.
• Speed adjustment needs to be gradually adjusted from low speed to 4000rpm to prevent cell rupture and damage. Uniform separation at low speed ensures a better separation effect.
• When the machine is running, please do not open the centrifuge cover, do not touch the running rotor, do not move the machine, and do not let children come into contact. Please do not operate the rotor under unbalanced loads. Please do not place anything on the centrifuge cover.
• Before you are going to stop the machine, you should adjust the governor to "0" first.
• Please note that it is normal for the motor to generate heat during prolonged high-speed centrifugation. After long-term use of the centrifuge, natural wear is normal.
• The electrical-rated parameters of the power socket provided by the user should be greater than the electrical-rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.
• If the wire/plug is damaged or the electrical equipment malfunctions, it should be repaired by professionals and the plug should be removed from the socket first.
