  Dispatches: 

  • Order received before 11.00 am weekdays will be dispatched SAME DAY
  • Orders received after 11.00 am on Fridays and during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

  Postage:  

  • We use Royal Mail for deliveries, royal mail doesn't usually deliver or collect on bank and public holidays.
  • There also may be a delay due to seasonal posting such as Christmas holidays, please be aware when bidding or buying an item, that although we dispatch within 24 hours we cannot be held responsible for bank, public or seasonal delay holidays.
  • We also retain proof of postage for all outgoing mail.

  Missing Items:  

  • Royal Mail should leave a card if you are not at home, sadly this does not always happen.
  • If your item has not arrived as expected, double check the postman hasn't left it with a neighbour or in a shed/outhouse and contact your local sorting office (not Post Office) as 99% of the time your item is sitting there waiting for collection.
  • If not then please contact us, please remember that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days and we are unable to submit a claim till then.

  Returns:  

  • We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
  • If you wish to return it and return the item(s) to us within 30 days.

  => When using the eBay Returns Flow - PLEASE ensure you fill in the Notes box with details of the reason for return. => All goods must be returned in their original condition, unused with original packing. => Buyer must pay for postage to return items. => If the Buyer does not pay for the postage or item is returned damaged, a refund will not be issued. => No return or refund on international shipping items.

  • We regret that no refund is available in the case of used items that do not meet your expectation of performance or you do not like the scent of.

  Damaged Items:  

  • If your item arrives damaged then please contact us with details and photos of the damage. We can then take steps to offer a refund/replacement and claim a refund from the carrier.

  Payment:  

  • To pay for your goods, please use the eBay checkout, by pressing the 'Pay Now' button at the top of this page.
  • For Faster dispatch and simplicity we prefer payment through PayPal.

  Non Payment:  

  • Please make sure you can pay for your item when you buy it! We always open an unpaid case after 2-3 days if you have not contacted us and made payment arrangements.
  • We have already been charged fees for selling an item and this is the only way we can get these back.
  • Items bought by mistake can be cancelled so please contact us.
