POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN / RETURN POLICY

Devoluciones

Si el producto no me gusta o no me vale, ¿Puedo cambiarlo o devolverlo? El consumidor dispondrá de un plazo de 15 días naturales contados a partir de la fecha de la recepción del producto para la devolución del mismo sin incurrir en ningún coste salvo los gastos relativos al envío que serán asumidos por parte del consumidor y/o usuario. El producto ha de ser devuelto en perfectas condiciones y por supuesto no podrá encontrarse dañado, golpeado o con pruebas fehacientes de uso que impidan de nuevo la venta del mismo producto. Rajomotor se reserva el derecho de aplicar una depreciación en el importe de la devolución si el producto tiene algún defecto estético o marcas de mal uso, o en caso mas grave como dañado o golpeado, el desentendimiento a la devolución por mal uso por parte del cliente. Para realizar el envío del mismo debe hacerse en un embalaje apropiado que lo proteja durante el trayecto. El reembolso se devolverá a los dos días de comprobar que el producto cumple con la política de devolución.

 

Garantía

Se establecen las siguientes excepciones (entre otras) en el ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento y que vienen recogidas expresamente en la Ley en materia de consumidores y usuarios, que son:

–Si estamos hablando de una pieza de desgaste, para las cuales el dato relevante no es tanto la garantía como la ‘vida útil’ prevista en sus características técnicas (por ejemplo, los neumáticos, pastillas de freno…).

–Cuando la avería sea por un mal uso realizado por parte del cliente. Si no han sido montados por un mecánico cualificado RAJOMOTOR se reserva el derecho a pedir una factura del taller. Si se han dañado por un uso indebido.

–Si estamos hablando de una pieza eléctrica, la causa puede ser por cualquier otra falla de la moto la cual no sabemos si puede volver a dañar la nueva pieza. Las piezas eléctricas todas se testean antes de enviarlas/entregarlas. Si no se han utilizado, se pueden devolver de lo contrario no pueden devolverse por el motivo indicado anteriormente

    

Returns
