Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch you order within 2 working days. All items are shipped by Royal Mail.
Standard delivery is free and will be sent 2nd class.
 If you require your items quick, 1st class and special delivery can be selected  at checkout for and additional fee.

International orders can take between 1-6 weeks.

We are unable to issue any refunds as the product is personalised. Please make sure that you supply all of the necessary information, ensuring that you have checked all of the spelling and selections that you have made.
