This can be personalised with the NAMES OF WHO THE GIFT IS FROM (eg. Love from Sarah) - please send us these details when you order (see How to Personalise below). We use 'Bridesmaid' as standard so please be clear when ordering if you want this changed. We cannot change the poem.

Our frames are handmade in the UK, and include a safe high quality acrylic glazing, that is similar to glass, for safety reasons.

Please Note - We package our frames and prints separately in the same parcel (to avoid breakages ) so you can simply put the print in the frame and your gift is ready.

You can also choose to have your design printed on a Maple Wood Block which measures approximately 95mm (W) x 135mm (H) x 15mm thick. The block - made from a warm light coloured maple wood - will have your chosen design and a white wood grain background printed directly on to the front. The front edges are slightly chamfered, and the back and sides of the block are the natural maple wood, which may have knots, marks, blemishes or be slightly rough in places - this is all part of the natural character of the wood and is part of the products natural rustic finish. The block is freestanding so requires no stand.

Please note - we do not offer ANY proofs of any items. We do not spellcheck and use the names as sent and can't offer free re-prints if you have made an error. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours once personalising details received

How to Personalise

Personalising your gift is simple, during the checkout process, simply use the "MESSAGE TO SELLER" link on the order confirmation page to send us the details required for your gift. (See image below, showing where to find the link ) Alternatively you can "MESSAGE US" on eBay after you have purchased, letting us know the details required for your order. CLICK TO MESSAGE US If we do not receive a message from you at time of purchase, then we will message you afterwards to ask for the required details. When will I receive my order?

All our orders are sent via Mail 1st Class, with 95% of orders arriving next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders same day before 3pm if ALL personalising details are received in time. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next working day. Please note that orders received after 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend are sent on the Monday morning (excluding Bank Holidays).

Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately we do not offer proofs on any of our prints or greetings cards.

What size prints do you offer?

We currently offer our prints in A5 (210mm x 148mm), A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm). Our prints are professionally printed using a commercial digital press, offering optimum quality and print longevity. Our prints are printed on a variety of stock types that enhance the specific design.

What size and colour frames do you offer?

We currently offer framed prints in the following sizes - A5 (210mm X 148mm), A4 (210mm x 297) and A3 (210mm x 297mm). Our frames are available in Black or White. Our wooden frames are hand made in the UK, and include a safe high quality acrylic glazing, that is indistinguishable from glass. Please we pack our frames and prints separately within the same package for postage, to avoid damage in transit.

How big are your greetings cards?

We currently offer greetings card as a standard 5" x 7" (127mm x 178mm), as you would find in all good card shops. Our greetings cards all include an envelope and come cello wrapped for extra protection.
