Description          This is a Stunning Quality Unique Victorian Skirt, Double Cape and Bonnet handmade and hand finished to a high standard. The skirt waist ranges from a UK size 10 to a 30.   (please see photos, although I am not very good at bringing out the fab colours ).   The skirt ,  made using a wonderful, Panama Check which is lilac and black. .  The waist uses an elasticated draw cord and comfortably ranges from 25" and then to 48".  This makes it a very versatile costume as other sized friends can wear it  :@)  The sweep of the skirt is just under 270cm.   This is a full length skirt measuring in length 45.5" approx.    The Bonnet is made using the panama check fabric, enhanced with Black double Satin Ribbon. The Cape is made of two layers, the top being the Panama check with black trim and the lower layer made from the purple fabric and finished with a black frog fastner. If this is to be used outside the two layers make for a warmer, cosy option.  If the length of the skirt is too long I can shorten it before I send, at no extra cost.  Please leave a note of the waist to floor measurement you need, with your payment, if this is required.     Absolutely elegant. A hooped underskirt can be used under the skirt but the costume could equally be used without one and still look Stunning. (My old blouse, underskirt and any jewelry are not included in sale, Thanks)
