When will my item be sent?
Items will be shipped within one working day . Late purchases on Friday will be shipped the following Monday .
Do you provide Tracking?
All our parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery . Tracking information is uploaded to your order when the items are dispatched.
Can you provide a VAT Receipt?
We CANNOT provide a VAT receipt as we are not VAT registered. However a normal receipt can be provided upon request.
Do you accept Returns?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Serial Numbers from items such as power tools & batteries are recorded and will be checked within any return process. Items must be unused and unopened . Buyers are responsible for return postage costs . We advise you to use a trackable service with signature upon delivery.
Shipping Information
UK Shipping:
We use Royal Mail however larger or heavier items may be sent with Parcelforce . All items are sent within 1 working day from the date of purchase. Most parcels are delivered within 3 working days , however remote area’s (such as the channel islands) can take up to 5 working days . All packages are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery .
International Shipping:
We use Royal Mail, DPD & Parcelforce as our international couriers (depending on the country). All items are sent within 1 working day from the date of purchase. Most parcels are delivered within 5-7 working days , however some deliveries can take up to 14 working days . All packages are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery .
