• Pallet Delivery for Large Items : Depending on size and weight, large items may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery is "kerbside" only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery and transfer the item to their premises.

• Driver Assistance with Pallet Deliveries : For pallet deliveries, drivers from our associated pallet companies may, at their discretion and depending on their schedule, offer assistance in moving large items into the customer's property. Please note that this service is not guaranteed. Any help provided by the drivers is entirely at their discretion, and customers should be prepared to manage the item's transportation from the kerbside to their property themselves.

• Quotation for Two-Person Delivery : If you require a quotation for a two-person delivery service, kindly contact us before making a purchase.

• Returns : In the event you wish to return an item for any reason, it must be returned in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging that ensures the item's protection during transit. Whenever possible, the item will be collected on a designated day, during regular business hours between 8 am and 6 pm, with the requirement for someone to be present at the location. Alternatively, you may be asked to drop off the item at a nearby post office or delivery depot.

• Item Condition: Please be advised that all items offered are old and previously used. They are listed in the condition in which we receive them. All items have been in storage, and it is important to note that they will require cleaning before use.

• Description Accuracy : We make every effort to provide detailed and accurate descriptions for all our items. Any noticeable damage will be explicitly mentioned. However, it is important to consider that, at a minimum, all items may exhibit signs of use, including marks, scratches, chips, or historic repairs.

• Age and Wood-Type Assessment: While we strive to estimate the age of items as accurately as possible through the analysis of style, construction, materials, and some research, please understand that our age assessments and descriptions of wood type are based solely on our opinion. We recommend conducting your independent research to ensure that you are satisfied with the item's age, wood type, and origin.

• Dimensions: All dimensions are measured at their maximum points. Please note that all measurements are approximate and may vary by a few millimetres. If you require any additional measurements or a more precise measurement, do not hesitate to request them.

• Colour Matching : If colour matching is critical, we highly recommend inspecting the item in person before completing your purchase. Please note that monitor settings, lighting conditions, and camera types can all influence how colours appear in the pictures we provide.

• Disassembly and Reassembly : Items will be disassembled whenever possible. Reassembly may require basic tools such as a screwdriver, Allen keys, spanner, and similar instruments. If more specific tools are needed for reassembly, we will specify this in the listing. If you prefer to receive the item fully assembled, please contact us before making the purchase. This may involve using an alternate delivery service, which could potentially result in increased postage costs.

• Dispatch and Delivery Timeframe : We have established a dispatch time of 10 days and a 3-5 day courier delivery period. This time frame allows us to manage deliveries efficiently, especially during peak periods, and ensures that we do not exceed the advertised estimated time of arrival. In practice, items are often delivered well in advance of the estimated delivery window.

• Urgent or Delayed Delivery : If you need an item urgently or wish to delay the delivery until a later date, kindly send us a message before making your purchase. We will make every effort to accommodate your requirements.

• Viewing by Appointment : We welcome viewing by appointment only. However, please note that we operate from a warehouse, not a retail shop. To facilitate viewing, we will need to retrieve items from storage in advance.

• eBay Transactions : All transactions, without exception, must be conducted through eBay. We do not process direct transactions outside of the eBay platform. This ensures a secure and traceable process for both parties involved. Thank you for your understanding.

• Postage and Packaging Costs: Our postage and packaging charges are calculated based on the actual cost of postage, the materials required for secure packaging, and the time invested in ensuring that items are packaged correctly.
