We only accept payment via Paypal. Postal Order, Cheques are not accepted. We aim to dispatch all goods the next working day after receiving cleared payment, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch the same day if order is received before 3pm.

eBay checkout must be completed within 3 days of purchasing and payment must be made within 5 days of purchase. An unpaid item case will be opened for any item not paid for within 5 days.

Marc Darcy hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase,however if you wish to return the any goods they must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be unworn with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. It is strongly advised that you return your item via a Signed For delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit.

To process your return at a speedier pace it would be appreciated if you fill in the Returns/ Exchange Form enclosed within the package along with your original invoice. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Unfortunately we are not responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us unless the goods received are defective. If you require an exchange please send the item back to us along with £3.00 if based in the U.K to cover the postage costs. If based outside of the UK please contact us so that we may quote you your return postage rate.
