Delivery For all orders delivered to the UK we ship via Royal Mail service.
Returns and Refunds If you decide that an item is unsuitable, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unworn and in their original condition with tags intact. We recommend you return your package via recorded delivery. Please keep Proof of Postage safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit. Feedback Our main aim is to ensure that all our customers are 100% happy. If you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be able to resolve the issue efficiently. Further information
We dispatch orders the next morning from when they have been ordered. For any order cancellations please do this before 9am the next morning to allow time for us to process your cancellation. We answer questions Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. We do not answer questions on the weekend.
