Can you send my order to a different address?

Items can only be shipped to an address that is listed on your PayPal account at the time of purchase as per PayPal's seller protection policy. You can during checkout change your address with PayPal before making your payment and this will only change the address for the item in question, Your primary address will not be changed. Changing the address at this stage to a destination with different shipping charges will then incur the extra charge.

How does the clothing compare to my countries sizes?

Unless stated otherwise all items were designed for the UK market, if you are in North America the sizing in the UK is slightly smaller so you may need to go up one size. Please refer to the size charts included in the item gallery for further guidance. EU sizes are usually the same as the UK sizes.

Can I return a damaged/faulty item or exchange for a different design/size?

If for whatever reason you decide you want to return an item then please follow the procedure with eBay for returning your item and you will be supplied with a return postage address. If the item is faulty or damage then we will refund the cost of the return post once the return has been received into our warehouse. Items that you have requested to swap for another design or size will incur a second outgoing postage charge.

Do you include a receipt?

We do not usually include receipts with our packages unless requested beforehand. If you do require a receipt then please send us a message via eBay and we will email you a.s.a.p.

What should I do if my delivery is late?

For all UK free deliveries please allow up to seven days for delivery, Although most of these items usually arrive in 2/3 days there can sometimes be a delay with the postal service. All items posted outside of the UK will be supplied with tracking information for you to trace yourself, If there are any issues with the tracking information then please do not hesitate to request some more information.

Can I have the measurements of an item?

Please check both the listing description and the pictures included in the item gallery for size information. Whenever possible we will endeavour to include size information into our listing but if you cannot find the size information you need then please don't hesitate to contact us.

When should I expect my delivery?

All our UK free deliveries are sent first class post and usually arrive within 2/3 days of dispatch, If you require your item quicker than this then we do offer Royal mail special delivery before 1pm. Items posted outside of the UK to European destinations usually arrive into the country after 3/5 days and rest of the world 5/7 days. Once the item has arrived into your country we cannot give an estimate for when your local service will deliver your parcel as all country's vary.

Can I combine shipping on multiple items?

Yes you can combine shipping. Please use eBays's add to basket feature and all your items will be grouped into the same order, Items that are ordered individually cannot be guaranteed to be shipped together. You then have the option to either request an invoice for your new total after discount or to pay the full amount and we will refund to you the discount at time of dispatch.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are VAT registered. If you require a VAT receipt please contact us and we can email one over a.s.a.p.

Do I have to pay any duties or customs?

Please check this information with your local authorities, we do not accept any responsibility for customs or duty charges nor will we pay any money towards them. We do not alter information on customs declarations so please don't ask.
