To start a return, open a return case in eBay's Resolution Centre: My eBay > Purchase history > More Actions > Return Item. Items must be returned within 5 business days of requesting a return. Buyer is required to pay for the postage to return the item to seller. If an item is returned to sender, i.e. seller (wrong address, not called for, etc.) buyer is required to pay a postage fee again so that seller can resend the item. If the item is not needed to be resent, the full price of the item will be refunded, but not the original postage.
