ETHOS LUBRICATING EYE DROPS FOR PINK EYE AND INFECTIONS 2 x 5ml BOTTLES 10ML

Heavenly Eyes is a very advanced conjunctivitis Swiss eye drop formulation, containing lubricants, vitamins and 0.5% N-Acetyl-Carnosine which also acts as a powerful super antioxidant. 

Ethos Eye Drops for Conjunctivitis is our contribution to the natural way to treat eye problems. While conjunctivitis is not as serious as some eye conditions, it is both irritating and painful. Heavenly Eyes is formulated to combat the soreness that you will feel.

Ingredients:

· N-Acetyl-Carnosine (NAC) – 0.5% (a super-antioxidant)

· Chloramphenicol – 0.5%

· Glycerine (lubricant) – 0.5%

· Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose sodium (lubricant) – 0.15%

· Sterile water (ophthalmic grade isotonic solution, pH 6.3 to 6.5)

· Buffered with boric acid, citric acid and potassium bicarbonate, and, as a preservative, purified benzyl alcohol

Warnings:

To avoid contamination, do not touch the tip of the bottle. Replace the cap immediately after use. Only open one bottle of solution at a time. Do not allow other people to use your eye drops. Ideally, bottles should be stored in a refrigerator. If this is not possible, they should be stored in a cool dark place. Do not use if the seal is broken or if the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy. Once open, discard the bottle and any remaining contents after 30 days. Not recommended for children under the age of 12 years. If the eye tissue becomes inflamed, red, irritated or uncomfortable after using this product, or if the conditions worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue the use of the product and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Use before the expiration date shown on the bottle. DO NOT FREEZE.

Recommended usage:

The recommended course of treatment is to use one box containing 2 x 5ml bottles for a period of seven days. 81% of customers report seeing significant improvements within this timeframe. Those with more severe conditions may need to continue their treatment for longer.

· Apply the drops 2, 3 or 4 times per day to the affected eye(s)

· Only one drop per eye is needed for each application

· One of the easiest ways to apply the drops is to lie down or lean your head well back

· Asking a friend, relative or partner to apply them for you helps avoid any wastage

· Pull the lower eyelid down and gently squeeze the bottle until a drop comes out

· Instil the drop onto the centre of the eyeball – you will feel when it goes in

· Leave at least a 30-minute interval between applying different types of eye drops

Notes:

Unopened bottles should be stored in the dark and, wherever possible, in the refrigerator.

Once your condition has improved, it is recommended that you continue using one or two drops a day to maintain good eye health and visual acuity.

Those with no known eye conditions are advised to apply the eye drops once a day as a preventative measure to ensure that they don’t suffer with visual impairment in later life.

Ethos Bright Eyes Eye Drops for Conjunctivitis are also especially beneficial to avoid bacterial infection or allergic reaction. Any virus may be spread to the eyes by touching or rubbing your eyes with fingers that have become contaminated.

Some slight stinging may occur when the eye is very dry or tired, particularly at the end of the day. However, this slight stinging should dissipate in a few seconds. Leave 30 seconds or more between drops to allow for absorption.

Contact Lenses:

Our eye drops are safe to use by both soft and hard contact lens wearers. The contact lenses should first be removed before applying the drops and can then be put back in again, after allowing at least one minute for the drops to be absorbed into the eye.

Indications:

For the temporary relief of discomfort due to minor irritations of the eye or exposure to wind or sun, or as a lubricant to protect against further irritation and to relieve dryness of the eye.

TO OPEN A BOTTLE:

Remove the plastic cap:

Holding the bottle upright, twist the plastic cap counter-clockwise and carefully lift it off.

Remove the plastic collar below the cap:

Pull the collar straight over the tip of bottle, keeping it level and square with bottle. Discard the plastic collar.

Puncture the tip of the bottle:

Replace the plastic cap and screw it down clockwise over the tip of the bottle. The sharp point on the inside of the cap will puncture the tip of the bottle. Be sure to turn the cap just enough to puncture the tip of the bottle. Over-tightening will make the hole too large. If the hole is too large, the drops will be released too quickly.

TO DISPENSE A DROP:

Remove the plastic cap and squeeze the bottle gently until a drop is dispensed.

TO RESEAL A BOTTLE:

Replace the plastic cap over the bottle tip and twist clockwise until it is sealed, Replace the cap as soon as possible after use. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN THE CAP.
