This information was copied directly from the manufacturers website. I have plugged it in and can report both rotaters, umm, go round and round in both directions. There are a couple of switches inside to select auto direction change or one or tuther direction. By inspection i found reverse or anti clockwise is slower than clockwise, no idea why. The winder was not new when given to me but certainly looks it. Comes with the original bag, watch adapters, unused, manuals, power supply and box. I have let the winder run for twenty minutes with a cheap watch, not included by the way, and it goes one way for a while then changes. Whether it will turn with mammoth heavy watches I have no idea but it certainly seems to work to me.

Oh I don’t have a key for it. It appears to be a regular two pronged thing like an old aerial key on a car wing. The clasp is of course unlocked.
