Main Description  Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure 4.5 Color Freeze Silver Shampoo 250ml  

For hair that shows unwanted yellow tone direction or is white and needs subtle silver tone direction. Patented pH 4.5 Balancer Technology not only seals the surface of coloured hair like conventional colour care does, but most importantly, it freezes the colour pigments deep inside the hair matrix for ultimate colour perfection. Gently yet effectively cleanses hair and scalp whilst strengthening the hair structure. Helps to optimise the pH level to 4.5. Neutralises unwanted warm undertone and preserves and revives cool tone directions. Adds a cendré shimmer to white hair and very light bases. During cleansing, a blue-violet dye is subtly deposited on the hair to refresh or add a cool tone direction, while caring ingredients help to improve hair condition. To use: Apply to wet hair and massage into a lather, then rinse. Please note: This salon sized product does not come with a pump.

    Delivery

    We ship the majority of products WORLDWIDE with these exceptions, aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes,these can only be shipped to United Kingdom.

    Please ensure that your address is complete and up-to-date before ordering to avoid delays or problems.

    All products are dispatched Monday-Friday within 24 hours of receiving payment.

    Missing and Undelivered Parcels

    If you order does not arrive within the estimated period, please call your local post office, they may have your parcel.

    In the rare occasions your parcel goes missing, please allow an extra 5 working days (UK) and 10 working days (International) before reporting the problem. If no tracking information is available, we will give you the option to refund or replace the item.

    During the busy holiday season (15 December - 27 December), please allow 1 extra day for delivery.

    If your order has not arrived, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will do everything to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

    Do I need to pay VAT or import duty?

    If you order from EU, there will be no VAT or tax to pay, everything is pre-paid by us.

    Please note that we have no control regarding VAT and taxes for orders placed outside EU. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before making a purchase.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt.

    Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and condition it was sent.

    You must pay for the returns postage costs and obtain proof of postage.

    If for any reason a mistake has been made by Angel Hair & Beauty Supplies please allow for the opportunity to put this right before leaving any feedback. Contact can be made via the eBay messaging service.
