Returns Policy 

• Returns are accepted on this item
• 14 Day Returns Guarantee 

For most items, you have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products.

If you wish to return goods using this right, you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods any time beyond this and the return will not be excepted.   You must take reasonable care of the goods i.e the goods still have the tags still on and have not been worn nor does it have any odours or has been in the wash.     Please use a good service at you own expense, we recommend Royal Mail Signed For or Collect + to our address:

If goods are received faulty or incorrect we will refund the delivery cost as well.

• Returns will be refunded after we inspected items and a staff member declares the items are in their original condition.

• You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund, this excludes sale items.

• You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. This does not apply to the Remix Casuals Blackburn shop.

• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

• Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.

• A Separate box should be used to ship back with the original box inside. The Original box cannot be used as packaging for shipping.
