Overview:

NLQ1 intelligent double power automatic switch (hereinafter referred to as the switching device), suitable for AC 50/60hz, rated working voltage 400V, rated current from 16~1250A double power supply system. In case of failure of common power supply, switching device can realize automatic switching with standby power supply or generator to ensure the reliability and safety of power supply. Also can carry on the selective switch between two power sources according to the load need. Products with overload, undervoltage, short circuit, off - phase protection functions. Especially suitable for fire control, airport, TV station, hospital, shopping mall, bank, chemical industry, metallurgy, high-rise building and military facilities and other important places where power failure is not allowed, as an important electrical device to ensure continuous power supply.

    Switch conversion drive adopts single motor drive, simple structure, reliable and stable conversion, no noise, small impact.

    Switch with electromechanical interlock protection, to ensure that the automatic switch reliable operation, non-interference.

    The switch can automatically change the load, and the handle can be used to switch manually in case of emergency.

    Use level: AC- controller protection fuse breaking capacity of 50KA, improved distribution security.

    Interlock is added between manual operation mode and automatic operation mode to ensure that manual operation cannot be performed under automatic condition.

    Automatic switch does not switch when breaking handle, bonding contact or load failure (overload, short circuit), truly realize electromechanical interlock.

    The escapement mechanism of MCB automatic change-over switch is changed from fork type to concave type, which can solve the problems such as the fracture of MCB lengthened handle and the asynchronous closure of MCB, restore the function of quick closing and quick breaking of MCB, and effectively improve the mechanical life of the product.
