The tape is very easy to apply as long as you follow some simple rules and tips for optimum performance.  Once applied you can clean your bike as normal due to the strong waterproof adhesive and high quality of material used on the top protective vinyl layers.

Installation Instructions

1. Thoroughly clean your bike with a soapy solution and ensure it is clear of any dirt, grease, or other residue
2. Fully dry your bike with a paper towel, clean rag or microfibre cloth.  You could also use a hairdryer to ensure its fully dry – don’t worry you’ll be using the hair dryer again in a moment!
3. Before removing the backing paper check the tape against where you intend to apply the tape.  You can cut the length and shape of the tape to create a perfect fit as required.
4. Use the hair dryer to warm the frame again and most importantly warm up the tape itself.  This will help to activate the adhesive and make the tape more pliable to ensure a perfect fit and conform around any angles or curves.
5. Remove part of the backing paper to expose the adhesive and place the first part of the tape onto the surface of your bike.
6. Working slowly along the frame, smooth out any air bubbles as you go along.  Continue removing the backing paper, exposing the adhesive side, and applying the tape to your bike frame.
7. Maintain a constant pressure when applying the tape to ensure a bubble and crease free application.

• Ensure your bike is completely free of dirt, dust, grease, and debris
• Warm the tape with a hair dryer to make it pliable
• Do not apply in temperatures below 10C
• Ensure the bike and tape is at room temperature before starting application
• The tape is designed to be permanent, so ensure you measure and cut to size before removing the backing paper
• If you need to remove the tape, use a hair dryer to warm the tape up to assist with removal
• Any residue left after removal can be cleaned off with white spirt or rubbing alcohol
