These are very well made mugs. The Staffordshire mug is now 52 years old being made for the 350th anniversary of the Mayflower in 1970. For such old objects they are in great shape. The mayflower stands roughly 9.5cm tall, the Zodiac mug roughly 10.5cm tall. 2 Vintage 70s Black & Gold Mugs Portmerion Zodiac Leo & Staffordshire Mayflower These are very well made mugs. The Staffordshire mug is now 52 years old being made for the 350th anniversary of the Mayflower in 1970. Tthe Portmerion zodiac series of mugs (this one Leo) came out in 1970 & continued until the late 70s, also making it around 50 years old. For such old objects they are in great shape. The mayflower stands roughly 9.5cm tall, the Zodiac mug roughly 10.5cm tall Condition In good condition with signs of age & various pottery marks from the firing. Good example and very bright.
