Made from high quality UV stable polyurethane resin.
Morticed joints on the corners
Realistic guttering and down pipes add to the realism. To finish kit will require some light sanding to remove some flashing , gluing together with superglue and some morter in the corner joints-car body filler or similar, and some glazing sheet.
Building is 20cm long, excluding guttering and roof, 13cm wide and 19cm high.
13cm high on the sides to where the roof meets the wall.
