Taste The Freedom’ Food Optimising Book. This is a 2 sided book. Turn it over and you can see Feel The Freedom With Body Magic. I have taken a picture of the 3 sides altogether so you can see. But the pack only consists of the two books.
This is your handbook, it contains all the info necessary for your weight loss success! There are lists of all foods to choose from which are free foods. These foods do not need to be weighed, measured or counted as syns, and there are loads of them! They can be eaten freely, so say goodbye to hunger! Also includes the new syn values.
You will also find your healthy extras in here, including the new revised list, these are in addition to your free foods, and they are necessary for good health, again there is a long list of them to choose from.
Lastly choose your syns, at the back of the book is a A – Z list of syns, on page 57, You will find syns given for alcohol as well here. plus a comprehensive eating out guide on page 79 of the handbook.
