Black silk Umbrella parasol
Steel framed 1913?
Branding on steel frame is "Paragon" S. Fox and Co. Limited. On top of the frame is a silk circle with "Reid and Todd Glasgow" on it which is also engraved in to the steel push up mechanism on the umbrella.
It appears to have been commissioned by "Reid & Todd" (department store in Glasgow) and manufactured by the very famous S. Fox and Co. Limited.
Black silk canopy (will need replacing) some wear on tip and the gold coloured handle cap with the gorgeous snake design has some minor wear round the edge,
Original rope handle still attached cane handle.
Entire length 35.5"
