The new postal issue focuses on the F-16 fighter jets, which our Armed Forces desperately need in the fight against the enemy. Arming with this type of combat aircraft can radically change the balance of power in favor of Ukraine in the war against the occupiers and protect our skies from missile terror perpetrated by Russia. Ukrposhta, as one of the channels of our country's communications with the world, with its postal language emphasizes the key issues of our time, one of which is the provision of F-16 aircraft to Ukraine.

The F-16, which has been used in numerous wars, now stands as the most widely produced fourth-generation fighter jet, serving in multiple nations.

The position of our aviation with multi-functional F-16 aircraft will ensure Ukraine's superiority in fire, prevent missiles and drones from entering our territory, provide support to the military on the front lines, establish an opportunity to control the waters of the Black Sea and protect the lives of Ukrainians from daily terror.

The "Fighters of Evil" postal issue contains a lot of semantic and metaphorical details. The image of the stamp shows how the Armed Forces of Ukraine completely destroy the Moscow Kremlin - a symbol of the "evil empire", grinding it on a grater, the holes of which are depicted in the shape of F-16 planes. On the envelope are the outlines of a stormtrooper knight in a helmet in the form of a Ukrainian trident. He is the personification of strength, will, courage and the honor of the army that defends the native land.

The nominal postage stamp "Exterminators of Evil" has interesting features - F+16.00, where F corresponds to the tariff for forwarding a registered letter weighing up to 50 g within Ukraine, and 16.00 is the amount of a charitable donation that will be directed to the acquisition of drones.

Circulation — 600,000 copies. The number of stamps in the sheet is 4.

The "First Day" envelope, an unmarked artistic envelope and a card were issued for the stamp.

Maksym Palenko is the author of the postage stamp, the "First Day" envelope, the unmarked art envelope and the card. Maksym Palenko has been known for many years as a talented illustrator of the famous publishing houses "A-BA-BA-GA-LA-MA-GA" and "Stary Lev Publishing House", however, with the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the artist created many anti-war posters. Maksym's graphics " OUR LADY OF MARIUPOL " were sold at the Saint Javelin auction for 22,000 dollars, which were used to purchase drones for Ukraine.
