Information to all Buyers:
I set up this business due to having 6 children as a single mother and knowing how hard it is to clothe the family, it is down to hard work and dedications that this business has become what it is, I have added some information to help you through your buying process.
I aim to give 100% customer satisfaction to keep this business running smoothly and therefore will need customers to read and understand the terms of sale below before buying.
I wish to thank all customers past and future for making this such a nice job to do.
COMMUNICATIONS:
When customers buy an item, i try to ensure an e-mail is sent to state when your item will be despatched, please note the date of this e-mail as it is important for the customer to be aware of when their item was sent.
If you need any assistance during this time, I am happy to help
When you receive your item, you will receive a letter stating more about myself and also other methods to contact me, this is to ensure any problem can be sorted out asap.
I would like to note that AFTER SALES IS JUST AS IMPORTANT to me so please contact me if you need any assistance after you receive your item.
LOST ITEMS
All items are sent through Royal Mail / Parcelforce, (in some cases). When sent, proof of postage is always kept.
If for some reason, an item becomes lost in the post, Royal Mail will not look into the disappearance until 15 working days has passed. I will always ensure any lost items are looked into. If for any reason an item becomes lost, please contact me for me to resolve.
REFUNDS
This business is run on 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, refunds will be accepted within 14 days from sending. Please e-mail me to explain why you wish to refund and It will be accepted, this can be reasons such as:
· Item does not fit
· Item is not what I expected
· Item is faulty, (see below) etc etc
If it is a case of simply the item needs to be returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay return postage UNLESS the item has turned up faulty and I have NOT seen the fault.
INTERNATIONAL SALES:
In regards to international sales, items are usually sent by Airmail, this can take from 10-30 days to be received, (depending on peak sending on Royal Mail), again retunrs must be paid for by the customer if they wish to send back.
FEEDBACK:
Before leaving any feedback, please can you contact me if for any reason you do not feel that positive feedback applies as if you do NOT wish to give positive feedback then I have not achieved 100% customer satisfaction.
I have had some feedback left where I have not been informed of problems, and it damages a business, but cannot help if I have not been noted about it, so please ALWAYS CONTACT ME
