Bought in Milan from the official AC Milan store: Milan Point, in October 1994 and owned by me from new. This is poignant as the Milan Point store was actually a gift to Franco Baresi from Silvio Berlusconi. I also have a limited edition T-shirt from Milan Point, bought at the same time, white with a star in Italy and ACM colour, with Franco Baresi’s autograph printed across the star. Let me know if this is of interest too, would consider selling that with this jersey. Here is the pro-level jersey, as worn by the team in the 1994/95 season. Lotto made a “replica” shirt at a lower price which was thinner and did not have the venting in the shape of the ACM logos etc. It’s clear to see and feel the quality of the proper match shirt and I wanted nothing less than the best. The #6 was put on at Milan Point too, pre squad number/name period, and of course the #6 is retired by Milan in honour of Franco, the true greatest defender in history to those who REALLY know football… with Paolo Maldini up there too… but Baresi’s command of the back line, offside trap and entire team made him much more than one player. Also included is a Football Italia magazine A4 sized poster from 1994/95 of Franco wearing this same exact model of shirt (not this actual one though of course!). Size is an Italian XL which is much like a Large really. Shirt is used and from 1994 so has some ageing, wear and tear and imperfections. It belongs in a historic collection.
